What is the more common way to say "you're welcome" in French: “De rien” or “Pas de problème”?

“Il n’y a pas de quoi” . It is friendly and can be slightly familiar but it’s informal and acceptable.
“Pas de problème” is common and sounds uneducated. It’s often used though.
“c’est un plaisir” or “avec plaisir” “c’est mon plaisir” is polite.
I want to touch my sister’s boobs. What do I say?
“De rien” is not correct although it is often heard. Avoid it. It should be “Ce n’est rien”.
If you want to answer to a person saying “merci” you can say also:
French etiquette simply would advise you not to answer.
“ je t’en prie/ je vous en prie” .It is polite.
